Support >> Hawaii Sightseeing >> Maui

The 10,000 foot Haleakia Mountain, the western mountain Range, and a vast valley in between highlights Maui's majestic landscape. Maui is the second most populated of the Hawaiian Islands. The main town is Kahului, offering all the amenities and services of a modern large city. Additional quaint towns are scattered along the shores and inland parts of the island. There are many resorts and hotels along the West Side of the island to fit any tourist budget. Major airport: Kahului.

Maui offers all the majestic sights of Hawaii and many more that uniquely belong to the 'Magic Isle'. Visit the 1,200 foot high foliage covered cinder Iao Needle, take the scenic and winding road to Hana, visit the rain forest and water falls on the way. Watch the Humpback Whales winter passage on the west shores. Visit the historic whaling village of Lahaina, now renowned for it's quaint souvenir shops. Drive to the top of Haleakala mountain observation point for a breath taking view of the island, or stroll along the sandy shores of Kaanapali Beach.
