Hotels & Condominiums Classification

Deluxe to

High-end fine accommodations. Spacious, well furnished rooms with all the convenient amenities. If property is a condominium, it will also have a well appointed living room and kitchen. Condominium units may be individually owned, and the quality of the furnishing may vary between units at the same property. Property may have large lobby, restaurant and bar on premises. Location is most desirable. Suggested choice for discriminating individuals and groups with flexible tour budget. Most hotels are classified within the Four Stars range. Few outstanding hotels are classified within the Five Stars range.

First Class

Dependable and comfortable accommodations. Standard well furnished rooms with necessary amenities. If property is a condominium, it will also have a sufficiently equipped kitchen and living room. Condominium unites may be individually owned, and the quality of the furnishing may vary. Property may not have a large lobby or restaurant on premises. Location is desirable, but not necessarily ideal. Suggested choice for individuals or groups with average tour budget.

Budget
Low-end accommodation. Standard or small size rooms with basic low cost furniture. If property is a condominium, it will also have minimally appointed kitchen and living room. Condominium unites may be individually owned, and the quality of the furnishing may vary between units at the same property. It may have no restaurant on premises. Location may still be desirable. Suggested choice for individuals or groups with low travel budget who just need a place to sleep, change clothes or rest, and want to save money. Not recommended for fussy or discriminating travelers.
