RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENTS: A deposit of $200.00 per person is required for reservations made more than 90 days before departure. $300.00 deposit per person - less than 90 days to departure. Final payment is due 65 days before departure.

CAR/VAN RENTALS: May be optional/additional item. If included in tour package: Compact 4-door car with 1 room/unit. Midsize car with 2-bdr condo with 5 occupants. Minivan with 2-bdr condo with 6 occupants. Car upgrades are available upon request for additional charge. Cars can only be reserved with actual driver names. Not included: fuel, insurance, parking, additional driver fee, overtime charges, upgrades, child car seat or drop charges. Minimum age of driver is 21. Driver between the ages of 21 to 24 will have an added surcharge per day. Drivers must have a valid driver's license and a major credit card in their names. Late car requests and/or changes are subject to availability and may have higher rates.

AIRLINES & ACCOMMODATIONS: FAA scheduled airlines or DOT approved charter. TIS reserves the right to substitute carrier as needed. We will provide you with specific information, such as amenities, exact location and features of all the accommodations that we offer. Please note that most Hawaii hotels require a damage security deposit when hosting all sports teams. Hotels will likely require a credit card guarantee accompanied by a letter authorizing the hotel to charge any damages caused by the team players OR a deposit check, fully refundable if no damage was done OR a letter on the team's letterhead assuming full responsibility for any damages incurred to the property by team members. Each hotel offers its own policy options.

INSURANCE: It is recommended that tour participants protect themselves against losses of airfare and land arrangements costs, as well in case of injury, illness, or loss of valuables. Trip insurance can be obtained through Travel International Sports at www.TISworld.com .

CANCELLATIONS: Full refund less $100.00 handling fee per person will be made up to 91 days before departure. 90 – 65 days $125.00, 64- 31 days $150.00, 30 – 16 days $200.00, 15 – 7 days $300.00, less than 7 days, no refund. Delays in final payment, less than 45 days to departure, may be considered as full tour cancellation. All applicable air fare/hotel/car cancellation charges will be added to above fees . Discount/group airfare may be non refundable. No refund for unused tour portions. Prepaid car rentals are non refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing addressed and delivered during business hours to Travel International Sports. Refunds requested less than 45 days before departure will be processed after group return date. Travel International Sports is not responsible for any tournament cancellation or operation. In case of complete tour cancellation due to airline strike, bankruptcy or operations shutdown, adverse weather conditions, tournament cancellation, or a government travel advisory, tour cost will be refunded less handling fee of $95.00 per person, and any non-recoverable deposits and/or payments made to airlines & operators on behalf of the group. Air lines, hotels and ground operators' cancellation fees and/or deposit refunds are subject to their individual policy. Payment made with credit card will be refunded only to same credit card account. Refund processing fee may apply. Allow one to three months for refund processing.

DEVIATIONS & CHANGES:  It may be possible for individual participants to deviate from the group travel arrangements for a $50 per person fee, up to 65 days before departure.  Deviation requests cannot be processed less than 65 days before departure . Ask for deviation rules and restrictions for your group's specific arrangements. Any additional airfare and/or travel charges incurred due to the changes will be applied. Document re-issue, when applicable, is subject to an additional $75.00 fee per person, plus any additional suppliers' fees. All requested changes are subject to airlines, hotels, ground operators' availability, rates and approval. Deviation fees are non refundable. Deviation requests are only taken after group is booked and passenger list is received.

RATES & SERVICES: Prices are based on current tariffs and airfares and are subject to change without notice. Tour and air transportation prices include TIS handling fees and/or administrative costs. Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking. Tickets can only be issued after the final passenger list has been approved in writing by the tour leader and full tour payment has been received in our office. Air fares, airline taxes and surcharges are subject to change until tickets are issued, so it is possible for the airline to raise the price after your final payment has been received in our office but before tickets are issued. In that case, we must pass along to your group members the airline's price increase. Rates are subject to change in case of an airline's route cancellation, bankruptcy or cessation of operations.   All tour suppliers and TIS reserve the right to substitute accommodations of similar or better quality, and/or flights, in case original reserved services cease to be available. Tours are sold as complete packages and cannot be sold by ingredients. Earned Travel Credit, if included in tour package, is based on price for four participants sharing a room.

RESPONSIBILITY: The suppliers providing the air transportation, accommodations, and all other arrangements are independent contractors and are directly responsible for their own operations. By using the services of these suppliers you agree that TIS will not be held liable for any bodily injury and/or financial damages, incidental or direct, incurred in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or any other services rendered as part of the tour, including but not limited to, negligence, defective equipment, strikes, cancellations or changes in itineraries or schedules, delays, trip interruptions, cease operations, bankruptcies, rate increases, weather conditions, or “Act of God”. The airline's passenger contract, once issued, constitutes the sole agreement between the passenger and the airline. Any or all transportation companies shall incur their liabilities as common carriers. Any claims if made, shall be sought directly from the suppliers.

ARBITRATION: Customer hereby agrees that any dispute arising out of, or relating to, any tours offered shall be submitted to non-binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. The non-binding arbitration shall take place in or near the County of Los Angeles , State of California . Each Party shall pay for its own costs, arbitration fees, and attorney's fees, if any.

On some tour programs, TIS may elect to offer Best Price Guarantee. On tour packages that are advertised with Best Price Guarantee, TIS will match and beat any bona fide competitive offer presented in writing, by the competitive agency to the group, before a booking with TIS is made and deposit received. Competitive group tour offer must be presented in writing on the letterhead of the competitor's agency, for the exact same airline itinerary flights, exact same departure and return dates and city pair, same hotel and exact accommodations type, same car company and car type, and any other additional services or benefits, and for the same number of tour participants. All prepaid taxes must be outlined and included in the prices. All services both air and land, on the offer must show with verifiable confirmed reservations. Offer must be open and available for sale to the general public. Best Price Guarantee promotion does not apply to already booked tours. TIS reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion, for any specific tour program, without notice at any time.

ONLINE INSTANT RESERVATIONS
Be aware that all online instant reservations are non-refundable and non-changeable once payment is made. It is your responsibility to verify all travel information before making payment for your trip. All terms and conditions outlined here apply to individual reservations done online through the TIS site.

ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THIS STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITY.
By accepting any travel documents or reservations, the client acknowledges the position of this agency stipulated herein, and agrees to hold the agency and/or sponsoring organization blameless in making these arrangements and that any claims if made, shall be sought directly from the suppliers. Client also agrees to all terms outlined in the brochures pertaining to above travel. This contract shall be governed by the laws of the state of California.
