Kauai
High School presents the Annual Girl's Volleyball
High School Challenge. Held on the beautiful
island of Kauai, this event provides participants
with "Lots
of games, good competition, fun, and fellowship
on the Garden Isle."
This
competitive high school tournament continues
to grow every year, with 24 teams participating every
year since 2006, and hopefully 32 in 2009! In past
years teams from Texas, Iowa, Oregon, and all over
California (Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Los Angeles,
Orange County, San Jose and more) have joined local
teams from all over the Hawaiian Islands to participate
in this exciting tournament!

The
three day High School Volleyball tournament is sanctioned
by the Hawaii High School Athletic Association (HHSAA)
and consists of pool play on Thursday and Friday, followed
by playoffs on Saturday. On Saturday evening everyone
participates in the informal dinner and awards banquet,
featuring a special DVD presentation of the tournament
highlights, a special guest speaker, and other entertainment.
