All entry forms must be delivered to TIS office before drawing date. Prize must be redeemed and trip completed on or before December 15, 2008. certificate expires after that date. To redeem the prize you must send TIS the original certificate along with the winning ticket. Winner(s) will be notified by mail and/or phone. One entry per person only. Duplicate entries will disqualify contestant. Your chances of winning will depend on total number of entries, received from all participating teams. Prize is not transferable and can not be redeemed for cash. Departure city must be U.S. or Canadian major gateway city only. No stopover allowed on route to/from destination. Saturday night stay at destination required. Reservation request must be made in writing at least 45 days before requested departure date. Itinerary can not be modified once requested. Duration of trip is up to 7 nights stay. Requested flights and departure/return dates are subject to availability at advance purchase and/or promotional air fare category. Flights at certain dates may not be available and alternate airports and/substitute dates will be offered. Travel International Sports is not responsible for any additional costs incurred because of missed flights. Prize winner(s) will be notified by mail and/or phone. Winner(s) may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability. All additional applicable federal, state, or local taxes or fees, are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
