Sales Promotions & Operations               My typical day
Maintain and update TIS internet site with current events & tour information. Communicate with event directors and team managers. Create and distribute tournaments flyers, mass mailings and emails to all TIS clients. Handle initial team inquiries with prompt replies. Handle special clients requests and customer care issues. Must have good computer skills such as word processing, data entry, e-mailing, etc. Must have good verbal/written communications and organizational skills. We will train the qualified employee in all our sports tours operations.

Group Sales       Position Available   My typical day
Sell our ready-made and custom-made sports tours packages to team leaders and coaches, in conjunction with the tournaments, meets and competitions we serve. Maintain and update our clients sales and contacts records. Communicate with coaches, team leaders and tournament directors. Must have good computer skills such as word processing, data entry, e-mailing, etc. Communicate with airlines, hotels, and car rental companies. Must have good verbal/written communications and organizational skills. Experience and/or being active as a sports team player, coaching, or in tournaments and meets activities could be a great asset in this job. We will train the qualified employee in all our sports tours operations.

Group Operations
Supervise all tour operations. Maintain and control airline seats, hotel rooms, and car rental inventories. Maintain routine communications with all suppliers and team managers. Update database prices. Maintain and quality control all tour records & files. Update tour prices. Communicate with tournament directors with team arrivals information and slots availabilities. Generate and distribute final tour documents. Handle special clients requests and customer care.

Assistant Group Operations   Position Available        My typical day
Deal and communicate with sports team leaders, work with airlines, hotels and car rental reservations, in conjunction with our ongoing tour programs. Assist in creating tour packages for sports teams going to variety of tournaments and meets. Maintain and update our database. Communicate with airlines, hotels, car companies and other suppliers. Must have good computer skills such as word processing, data entry, e-mailing, etc. Must have good verbal/written communications and organizational skills. We will train the qualified employee in all our sports tours operations.

Travel Agent
Work on all aspects of group travel operations as well as travel arrangements for individuals. Minimum 1 year full time inside travel agency experience, including airline, car and hotel reservations, ticketing, airline computer operations. Must have computer skills such as word processing, data entry, e-mailing, etc. Must be detailed oriented. We will train the qualified employee in our sports group operations.

Office Assistant  
General office duties such as answering phones, filing, data entry. Must have basic computer skills, good verbal/written communications and organizational skills.
